Services are available to residential homes within a reasonable driving distance (typically 30 minutes from our base). We'll confirm eligibility during your quote. Out-of-area requests may incur travel fees— we'll discuss upfront.

2. Quotes and Scheduling

  • Free Quotes: All initial quotes are free and no-obligation. We provide them via phone, email, or text based on your description (e.g., number of windows, home size). Final pricing may adjust after an on-site assessment.

  • Booking: Once you accept a quote, we'll schedule your service at a mutually agreed time. We aim for same-day or next-day availability when possible, but slots fill up fast—especially during specials.

  • Weather Policy: As an outdoor service, although we do our best not to cancel so that we can keep our schedule on track, we may need to reschedule due to rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures to ensure safety and quality. That said, we're equipped to handle light rain for many services when it's safe and won't compromise results, and we'll reserve the right to proceed if conditions allow. We'll notify you ASAP and offer the next available slot at no extra cost.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, or until the expiration date specified in any applicable promotion, coupon, or advertising material, whichever occurs first. All applicable taxes and charges for add-on services (e.g., additional windows) are included in the final quoted price.

  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion via cash, check, card, or digital wallet (e.g., Venmo, Zelle). We may require a 50% deposit for larger jobs (over $500) to secure your spot.

  • Special Offers: Deals like our "$197 New Client Window Clean" exclusive are for new clients only and require proof of referral (e.g., screenshot). No stacking with other promotions.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fees—we get it, life happens!

5. Our Clean or It's Free Guarantee

We stand by our work 100%! If you're not thrilled with the results (e.g., streaks on windows or missed spots), just let us know within 24 hours of service. We'll return within 7 days to make it right—at no extra charge. If we can't satisfy you, the job's on us (refund or free re-clean). This guarantee covers standard services like window cleaning, siding washing, roof soft washing, and gutter cleaning, but excludes damage from pre-existing conditions (e.g., broken screens) or acts of nature.

6. Liability and Safety

  • Insurance: We're fully insured for property damage, so your home is protected. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing issues (e.g., fragile windows, unstable gutters) disclosed or discovered on-site.

  • Access and Prep: Please ensure safe access to service areas (e.g., clear paths, pets secured). We'll use shoe covers and drop cloths, but minor drips or repositioning of items may occur— we'll tidy up as we go.

  • Limitations: We can't guarantee 100% removal of all stains (e.g., years-old mineral buildup) without multiple treatments. Results may vary by surface type.

7. Privacy and Contact Information

When you contact us (via form, phone, or message), we collect basic info like your name, address, phone, and service needs to provide quotes and service.
